Haley Roberts
Haley is part of the team at the David Klein Gallery, and it is a pleasure to work with her. It was her idea to base this on Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring, and I think it was a good one. The clothing and headdress were also her inspiration. All I did was apply the paint.

You did a good job Charles applying the paint, good work overall. Especially the pearl earrings
ReplyDeleteWow! What a beautiful portrait. The colors you used ...the pose...love it! You are so talented!!
ReplyDeleteSo wonderful to see an almost purely figurative daily painter.
ReplyDeleteI especially enjoy your series of the figure reflected. It's such an interesting puzzlement for both the artist and the viewer.
